Enrolling into Derrimut Primary School:
Derrimut Primary School accommodates students in Years Prep - 6 and accepts enrolments for all students that live in our school zone. You can find out if your home address is in our school zone by typing your address into the box at this website Find my School.Enrolments for Prep students will only be accepted in the year before they start school and does not accept enrolments for students younger than 4 years of ageDerrimut Primary School does not have a waiting list. If you are interested in enrolling in our school but do not live in our school zone you can request an enrolment but we cannot confirm the enrolment until after we have enrolled all students that live in our zone first and have determined whether our school has capacity to enrol your child.
Documents required for enrolment:
Complete an enrolment form, this is available at the office
Provide your child’s birth certificate or passport as evidence of birth
Provide your child’s immunisation history statement, available from Medicare
Provide evidence that you live in our schools neighbourhood boundary (please see the map above)
If your child was born overseas you will need to provide their passport and visa documents
Provide custody restrictions/court orders (if applicable)
Provide an Asthma Plan, Anaphylaxis Plan, Allergic Reaction Plan, or any other Medical Plans (if applicable)For further information regarding enrolment please contact our school on 03 8361 1000
